Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, selected consultation type)
• Technical data needed to operate the site (such as essential cookie identifiers described on our Cookies page)
• Engagement records needed to deliver research (ticker lists, holdings summaries you choose to send, invoices, and correspondence)

We do not ask for national ID numbers, full brokerage account credentials, or payment card numbers through the website form.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to briefing requests, deliver contracted research, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a research practice, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.

Retention

• Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months after the last correspondence if no engagement follows
• Client engagement files: typically seven years after engagement close for accounting and dispute purposes, unless a longer period is required by law
