Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Scope

This policy applies to paid research consultations offered by Nodevector Grid: Dividend Opportunity Research Briefs, Income Portfolio Reviews, and Quarterly Dividend Watch sessions. It does not cover physical merchandise or software subscriptions—we do not sell those.

Deposit and fee structure

Briefs and portfolio reviews require a 40% deposit to reserve research capacity. The balance is due when the written memo is delivered, before the follow-up discussion. Quarterly Dividend Watch sessions are invoiced in full before the session date.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if:

• You cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed research start date, and we have not begun substantive filings work; or
• We cancel the engagement for capacity reasons and no mutually agreed alternative date is set.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between five and ten business days before the research start date, we may retain up to 40% of the total quoted fee to cover scoping and scheduling, and refund the remainder of amounts already paid.

Once substantive research has started (filings review underway), deposits are non-refundable. If only part of a multi-name brief has been completed, we may, at our discretion, refund a portion of the balance not yet earned, documented in writing.

• Deposits after research has started
• Completed written briefs and session summaries already delivered
• Third-party document retrieval fees expressly agreed in the scope note
• No-shows for scheduled follow-up discussions without 24 hours’ notice (the written deliverable remains yours; the discussion is not automatically rescheduled without a new slot)

Rescheduling

Follow-up calls and watch sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 1,500 administrative fee. Research delivery windows for briefs may be adjusted by mutual agreement when filings are delayed by the issuer.

Work already started

If you withdraw after research has started, you remain responsible for the deposit and for any agreed progress payment corresponding to work completed. Deliverables completed to that point may be provided in draft form at our discretion.

Refund process and timing

Email contact@nodevectorgrid.digital with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may add several days.
