Earnings seasons move payout expectations quickly. The Quarterly Dividend Watch is a scheduled session for clients who already know their watchlist and want a disciplined pass over what changed: maintained dividends, raised payouts, special distributions, or language that hints at a future freeze.

Constraints
The watch assumes an agreed list set before the quarter. Mid-quarter list changes may be deferred to the next session or billed as a separate brief.
