Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from consultations booked through this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
